OnTime is a productivity tool that makes sure that you're never late for meetings. It will automatically set up alarms according to your work schedule.
OnTime uses your Google Calendar profiles to get event timings and sets up alarms automatically. You can choose to select only your work calendar and your personal one too.
The default setting sets up an alarm for each meeting an hour before its scheduled time. The alarm time can be changed according to your preferences.
OnTime adjusts according to your calendar. If you have a meeting at 9 AM on Monday, the alarm will be set for 8 AM. If it’s at 11 AM on Tuesday, the alarm will be set for 10 AM.
You can choose if alarms should be set up for meetings you haven’t accepted yet.

We retrieve your Calendar information to be able to list them inside OnTime. You have the ability to choose which Calendars the app will use and which it will ignore.
Events are then extracted from the Calendars you choose and alarms are assigned to them.
OnTime only reads this information and does not make edits to any of your data.
OnTime only stores your usage data for 30 days in order to diagnose any bugs that may arise. After that, the usage data is deleted.
OnTime is free for the first 30 days. After that, you have to get the premium version which just costs $5 to keep using OnTime.
